Project Description – Chamberlain was awarded the work on Phase 1 heavy remodel operations of Lloyd and the White House in the Spring of 2021. Chamberlain then had the privilege of undertaking the extensive School Remodel Program of the Middle School, Macan, McBridge, Mackinnon and Sinclair Hall. Scope of work included bathroom additions, new flooring, ceilings, paint and new millwork cabinets throughout. HVAC and Lighting upgrades were also included. This work was completed prior to students returning for Fall classes due to the hard work and dedication of the design and construction teams involved.
